摘要 通过计算机系统自动、准确控制机械手抓取存样瓶,机械装置在铺设导轨的封闭煤样储存室内定向移动,将存查煤样准确的存入存样柜或从存样柜中取出,并用实例说明样品存/取流程,同时系统自动提醒存查煤样销毁日期。本设计实现了燃煤发电企业存查煤样的智能、封闭管理。 Sample bottle is grasped by manipulator which are controlled by the computer system Automatically. Mechanical device is moving oriented in closed coal sample storage room which had layed the guideway. The pack checking sample is deposited in the sample cabinet accurately or took out of the sample cabinet. Living examples are given to illustrate the sample save/take process. In addition, the system automatically reminds a date for destruction of the samples. Intelligent and sealed management of the pack checking sample for coal-fired power generation company is achieved through this design.
