火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定复方氯化钠注射液中氯化钾含量

目的：建立火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定复方氯化钠注射液中氯化钾含量。方法采用钾空心阴极灯，检测波长767 nm，狭缝宽0.4 H，灯电流10 mA。结果钾元素浓度在1～5 ug/ml范围内，浓度与吸光度相关性良好，r=0.999，精密度为RSD为0.3%，平均回收率为99.3%。结论该方法操作简便、专属性强，可以为同类药物的质量控制提供参考。
