摘要
目的探讨腹膜后肿瘤手术麻醉的治疗方法。方法选取2012年9月至2014年12月,我院收治的22例行腹膜后肿瘤手术麻醉患者的临床治疗资料进行分析对比。结果行手术麻醉治疗后患者临床症状得到缓解,分析行麻醉手术前后患者的疼痛指数评估,结果麻醉手术治疗后评分明显低于术前,P<0.05,有统计差异,临床效果显著。结论气管内插管全身麻醉对治疗腹膜后肿瘤有重要的意义,手术治疗能够改善患者的临床疼痛等症状。
ObjectiveThe anesthesia treatment of retroperitoneal tumor surgery to be investigated.Methods Analyzing and comparing clinical treatment data selected from 22 cases of patients operated with retroperitoneal tumor surgery under anesthesia.Results The anesthesia and post-surgical evaluation is rather lower than pre-surgical one（P〈0.05） with statistic differentiation, the clinical treatment achieves favorable effect.Conclusion General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation is conducive to curing retroperitoneal tumor, the anesthesia surgical treatment could aleviate the pain and other symptoms of patients.
