关于目标教学运用在神经内科临床护理带教中的分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨神经内科临床护理带教中目标教学法的运用及效果。方法选取2011年度~2014年度50名神经内科实习带教护生作为实验组,给予目标教学式的临床护理带教,将同期50名神经外科实习护生作为对照组。结果两组护生实习结束后,理论与实践操作考核成绩比较差异明显,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论目标教学法在神经内科临床护理工作中的应用能够调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,对于提高护生对护理理论知识的掌握与运用十分重要。 ObjectiveTo study the nerve internal medicine clinical nursing teaching in the use of target teaching method and the effect.Methods Choose 2011-2014 annual 50 nerve internal medicine teaching nursing students as experimental group, for target teaching of clinical nursing teaching, wil be in the same period of 50 neurosurgery practice nursing students as control group.Results After the two groups of nurse students practice, theory and practice of operating the assessment result more clear difference, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The target teaching method application in neurology clinical nursing work to mobilize students' learning initiative and enthusiasm, to improve the nursing students of nursing to master and apply the theoretical knowledge is very important.
