推拿治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Massage Treatment of Cervical Disc Herniation

目的探讨推拿手法治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法临床上运用颈部推拿、拔伸牵引、短杠杆微调复位等推拿手法治疗颈椎间盘突出症,选取32例患者观察其疗效。结果经治疗20天,临床治愈15例,占46%;有效14例,占43%;无效3例,占9%;总有效率为91%。结论推拿手法治疗颈椎间盘突出症安全,而且操作简便,疗效显著,值得临床广泛应用及推广。

ObjectiveTo study the clinical effects of massage treatment of cervical intervertebral disc herniation.Methods The clinical use of neck massage, traction, short lever pul fine-tuning reset massage treatment of cervical intervertebral disc herniation, such as the selection of 32 patients to observe the curative effect.Results After 20 days of treatment, clinical cure, 15 cases （46%）; Effective 14 cases （43%）, Invalid （3 cases）, accounting for 9%; The total effective rate was 91%.Conclusion Massage treatment of cervical intervertebral disc herniation safety, and easy to operate, curative effect is distinct,worth clinical extensive application and promotion.
