摘要
目的对检验科应用精细化管理探讨进行分析。方法对我院检验科采取精细化管理模式后,比较工作人员对精细化管理模式及以往常规管理模式满意评分,对检验科应用精细化管理探讨进行分析。结果观察组中检验科工作人员对于管理模式满意度评分(78.6±10.5)分明显高于对照组(63.5±10.3)分,P<0.05。结论对检验科应用精细化管理能有效提高工作人员满意度,提高日常工作质量及效率,有积极临床意义,值得积极推广使用。
ObjectiveTo explore clinical laboratory application of fine management is analyzed.Methods In our hospital clinical laboratory take the elaborating management mode,more staff for the elaborating management mode and conventional management mode of satisfaction score, to explore clinical laboratory application of fine management is analyzed.Results In the observation group management mode for clinical laboratory staff satisfaction score (78.6 + 10.5) points is significantly higher than control group (63.5 + 10.3),P〈0.05.Conclusion The application of clinical laboratory fine management can effectively improve the staff satisfaction,improving the quality and efficiency of daily work, have a positive clinical significance,to actively promote the use.
