摘要
目的探讨分析甲状腺功能亢进合并2型糖尿病患者的护理措施。方法选取50例甲亢合并2型糖尿病患者,对其实施综合护理,分析探讨护理效果。结果本组患者甲状腺功能恢复率为74.0%,血糖恢复率为90.0%,无一例出现并发症。结论综合科学、系统全面的护理可有效治疗甲状腺功能亢进合并2型糖尿病患者,提高患者预后状况,改善生活质量,值得广泛推广使用。
ObjectiveDiscussing nursing of hyperthyreosis mergerⅡdiabetes.Methods Select 50 patients with hyperthyreosis merger Ⅱdiabetes, carrying out synthesis nursing care, analysis the results.Results The function recovery rate is 74.0%, the blood glucose recovery rate is 90.0%, no complication happening.Conclusion Care of integrated science, system can be valid in the hyperthyroidism merger Ⅱdiabetes, improve the quality of life, is worthy of clinical promotion.
