持续质量改进在预防可达龙致静脉炎中的应用体会

Continue Quality Improvement in the Prevention of Amiodarone Induced Phlebitis of Application

目的预防可达龙致静脉炎。方法 2012年起对静脉使用可达龙的患者进行观察,预防静脉炎的措施进行持续质量改进,使用PDCA循环,经过不断改进,目前已有效防止静脉炎的发生。结果实施持续质量改进后,有效预防了静脉炎的发生。结论持续质量改进有效预防了静脉炎的发生,是有效的措施,值得坚持。

ObjectiveThe prevention of phlebitis caused by amiodarone.Methods Fifty patients who used of Cordarone on veins were observed since 2012. Continuous quality improvement in preventing phlebitis measures was used. PDCA loop in continuous improvement has been effective in preventing phlebitis.Results Implementation of continuous quality improvement is effective in preventing the occurrence of phlebitis.Conclusion Continuous quality improvement is effective in preventing the occurrence of phlebitis, and the effective measures worth keeping.
