北京市海淀区231家不同性质企业职工健康状况

Health condition of workers in 231 enterprises with different nature in Haidian District of Beijing

目的全面了解北京市海淀区工业企业职工的健康状况,确定职业卫生工作防治的重点。方法收集该区不同性质的工业企业职业健康检查资料,对其结果进行统计分析。结果对该区231家企业10 651人进行职业健康检查,其中接触化学因素、粉尘、噪声的健康指标异常检出率分别为0.1%、0.6%、1.6%,接触粉尘人群中异常人群全部为金属粉尘接触者,接触化学有害因素的异常人群全部为苯系物接触者,其中仅有害化学物质接触企业及人群异常检出率与企业规模差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该区职业病危害的重点是苯系物接触行业及噪声接触行业,个别企业及行业的职业病危害应得到重视。

[Objective]To understand the health condition of workers in industrial enterprises in Haidian District of Beijing,determine the focus of prevention and control of occupational health work. [Methods]The data of occupational health examination in industrial enterprises in Haidian District were collected,and the results were analyzed.[Results]A total of 10 651 workers in 231 enterprises were given occupational health examination,the abnormal detection rates of health indicators exposure to chemical factors,dust and noise were 0. 1%,0. 6% and 1. 6%,respectively. The abnormal population exposure to dust was all metal dust contact.The abnormal population exposure to chemical hazards was all benzene series contact. The difference of abnormal detection rates among workers exposure to chemical hazards in different scale of enterprises were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.[Conclusion]The primary occupational hazards in Haidian District were benzene series and noise,and the occupational hazards in some enterprises and industries should be paid to more attention.
