全面指导式护理对2型糖尿病患者血糖指标的影响

Influence of full-directed care on blood sugar in type 2 diabetics

目的:探讨2型糖尿病更有效的护理方法。方法:纳入200例2型糖尿病患者,再随机分为全面指导式护理组(观察组)和常规护理组(对照组),经治疗后定期检测血糖和餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白,并将两组患者的血糖指标进行比较。结果:观察组和对照组患者的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),但观察组患者的改善效果又显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),并且也显著低于常规护理组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:全面指导式护理方法能有效改善2型糖尿病患者各项血糖指标、缩短患者的住院时间、提高患者的住院满意度,减少患者的医疗费用,对患者的康复具有积极的意义。

Objective：To investigate the more effective care methods of type 2 diabetes. Methods：200 cases with type 2 dia-betes were recruited and then randomly assigned to full-directed care group （ observation group） and usual care group （ control group） . After the treatment, blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin were regularly detected, and the glycemic indices of the two groups were compared. Results： The fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial glucose of the two groups after the treatment were improved significantly compared with those before the treatment （P〈0. 05）, but the improvement effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. The glycosylated hemoglobin level of observation group after the treatment was significantly lower than that before the treatment （P〈0. 05）, and also significantly lower than that of con-trol group after the treatment （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：The full-directed care can improve the blood sugar level in the type 2diabetic patients, shorten the hospital stays, improve patient satisfaction with hospital, reduce medical costs, and have positive implications for the rehabilitation of the patients.
