浅谈介入护理的发展与介入病房构建

Brief discussion of development of interventional care and construction of interventional wards

介入护理已成为一门独立的并与内外妇儿科护理学并驾齐驱的护理学科,是介入放射学的重要组成部分。介入治疗由于多数患者术前焦虑、紧张及恐怖心理等因素,更加注重患者术前的心理准备、术中与医师及术后恢复期护理的配合。除了技术因素外,还要考虑到医疗管理、健康教育、心理指导、社会内容等方面。本文拟通过介入护理相关知识及经验的总结,以及介入病房的构建与规范化管理,探讨并交流介入诊疗技术的护理新经验。

Interventional nursing care has become an important part of interventional radiology, becoming an independent disci-pline and developing with internal and surgical gynecological and pediatric nursing together. Since the majority of patients before the in-terventional therapy had preoperative anxiety, tension and terror and other factors in mind, a greater emphasis on the psychological and physiological preoperative preparation, intraoperative and postoperative recovery with physician care was made. In addition to technical factors, it should take into account aspects of medical management, health education, psychological counseling and social content. The article discussed and communicated the new nursing experience of the proposed intervention by summarizing nursing knowledge and ex-perience, constructing interventional wards and enhancing the standardized management.
