摘要
目的:探讨建立护士层级管理模式在临床的应用价值。方法:采用总护士长统管,各护理组护士长分管,N4护士全程监控,N3护士带组指导,N2、N1护士具体实施的管理模式。开展层级管理前后患者、患者家属及医生对护士工作满意度调查总结,以季度为单位,每季度综合评定并比较。结果:层级管理后的患者、患者家属及医生对护士工作满意度均显著高于层级管理前(P<0.01);四个季度间综合评定结果有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:实施护士层级管理模式后,能有效提高患者、家属及医生对护士工作的满意度。
Objective:To discuss application values of a nurse-level management mode in the clinical nursing. Methods:A management mode was implemented including the chief head nurse for the unified management, each head nurse in charge of each care group, N4 nurses monitoring the entire process, N3 with a group of nurses guidance, and N2, N1 nurses implementing. Before and af-ter the nurse-level management, the satisfactions of patients and their family members, as well as doctors to the nurses&#39; work were sur-veyed and summarized at each quarter and compared. Results:The satisfactions of the patients and their family members, as well as doctors to the nurses' work after the nurse-level management were significantly higher than those before the nurse-level management (P〈0. 01);and the differences among the four quarters were significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusions:The implementation of the nurse-level management mode can effectively improve the satisfactions of the patients and their family members, as well as doctors to the nur-ses' work.
