17例尿毒症并发左心衰患者的护理体会

Nursing experience of 17 cases with uremia complicated with left heart failure

目的:总结和归纳17例糖尿病并发左心衰患者的护理方法和体会。方法:对17例糖尿病并发左心衰患者开展血液透析护理、心衰护理、饮食护理、中医按摩保健护理、心理护理和健康运动指导相互结合的护理方法。结果:17例患者中,抢救成功15例,死亡2例。结论:在传统的医疗方法基础上,结合以上的护理方法,取得了较为良好的医疗和护理效果。

Objective:To sum up the nursing experience of 17 cases of diabetes complicated with left heart failure. Methods:For the 17 patients with diabetes complicated with left heart failure, the dialysis nursing, heart failure nursing, diet nursing, traditional Chinese medicine massage health care, psychological care and healthy exercise guidance were applied. Results:Of the 17 patients, 15 were successfully rescued and 2 cases were dead. Conclusions:On the basis of traditional medical methods, the medical and nursing effects of the combined care methods above are good.
