建设良好教风取决于教师的“三个投入”

Construction of Favorable Teaching Ethics Depends on Teachers' Three Engagements

教风是一所学校崇高的精神旗帜,是学校生存发展的源泉。我国高校在教风建设上参差不齐,还存在不少亟待解决的问题。建设和形成良好教风,主要取决于教师的"三个投入",即教师要将足够的时间、深厚的情感、充沛的精力投入到教育教学中去。学校要为教师的"三个投入"创造良好的保障条件,努力营造一个尊师重教、有利于每一位教师健康成长的校园环境。

Teaching ethics is the banner of the noble spirit of a school and the source of its survival and development.However,colleges and universities are uneven in the construction of teaching ethics and there are quite a few problems to be solved.Cultivation of favorable teaching ethics depends mainly on teachers''three engagements'.That is,teachers should have enough time,deep emotion and great energy to be engaged in teaching.And the schools should take measures to guarantee the'three engagements'by creating an environment in which teachers and their teaching are respected,thus facilitating their healthy growth.
