Necessity of the Establishment of a National Technology-and-Technique-Accumulating System

当前,国家正在加强现代职业教育体系建设,部分地方本科院校已开始了向应用技术高校的转型试点。文章从国际的视野分析了技术技能对社会发展的巨大作用,从国内历史的角度揭示了技术技能为什么没有发展壮大的成因,阐释了技术技能积累的意义。最后,文章分析了学校在技术技能积累中的作用,提出了应用技术高校的建设重点。

At present,China is strengthening the construction of its modern vocational education system and some local undergraduate colleges and universities are launching their pilot program to convert to schools of applied technology.The present article,from an international perspective,analyzes the great influence of technology and techniques on social development,reveals the reasons why technology and techniques have not greatly advanced in China,and deliberates on the significance of the accumulation of technology and techniques.It finally analyzes the role of the school in the technology accumulation and points out the key to the construction of colleges and universities of applied technology.
