摘要
大学教学与科研关系失衡已经引起全社会的关注。科研的崛起是大学回应时代发展、社会需要的结果。在科研崛起的同时,大学本科教学却在高等教育大众化时代迷失了自己的方向,迟钝、被动地拖在社会实践的后面。多年来教学一直面对诸多责难,教学地位的衰微与教学自身存在的知识陈旧、课程设置不合理、教学模式僵化、教学人员素质不高等问题分不开。要解决大学教学科研关系失衡不能通过降低科研的地位来实现,只能通过强化对教学自身的变革来实现。大学教学人员应当勇于承担教学改革的研究和实践重任,自加压力,不断提升自身的能力,为本科教学赢得尊重。
The imbalance between university teaching and research has aroused much concern of the whole society.The rise of research is the result of the development of society and change in social requirements.However,despite the rapid progress in research,university education is gradually losing its way in the era of popularization of higher education,passively dragging behind social practice.Undergraduate teaching has been blamed for many years,and the fall of undergraduate teaching is doubtlessly related to the obsolete knowledge,unreasonable course scheme,rigid teaching mode,and low quality of teaching staff.Re-establishment of the balance between research and teaching should be achieved not by lowering the status of research but by transformation of undergraduate teaching itself.Teaching staff of universities shall have the courage to undertake the responsibility of teaching transformation in research and in practice,be self-motivated and continuously improve themselves,to win instead of to beg for respect for undergraduate teaching.
