摘要
20世纪90年代以来,高校收费制度逐渐成为社会各界关注的热点。从高校收费政策的理论回应和社会支持为切入点,发现学者们多以成本分担、人力资本等作为收费政策的理论基础,但学者们也注意到了该政策对教育公平的影响。此外,政府、高校和家庭虽然以不同的方式支持着收费政策的落实,但教育经费不足、高收费、乱收费等现象也影响了收费政策在社会中的认同度。
Since the 1990 s,college tuition has become a hot topic among all walks of life.Taking as the breakthrough point the theoretical response and the social support to the college tuition policy,this paper finds that many scholars regard the cost sharing and human capital as the theoretical basis of the tuition policy,but they also have considered the effect of the policy on educational fairness.Besides,although the government,the school and the family support the tuition policy in one way or another,the inadequacy of educational investment,high fees,and improper collection of fees also affect the recognition of China's college tuition policy.
