脂蛋白脂酶在扩张型心肌病合并2型糖尿病患者中变化研究

摘要 目的探讨血清脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)水平在扩张型心肌病(DCM)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的变化及其与患者心功能的关系。方法 2型糖尿病及扩张型心肌病的患者共119例,分析其血清LPL水平与患者心功能的关系。结果高血清LPL水平与较低的左室射血分数(LVEF)、较大的左室舒张期末径(LVDd)及较高的NT-proBNP水平有关。NHYAⅢ-Ⅳ患者血清LPL水平较NYHAⅠ-Ⅱ患者血清LPL水平高。结论高血清LPL水平与较差的DCM合并T2DM患者心功能有关,LPL可能是DCM合并T2DM患者的治疗靶点。 Objective To investigate the level change of serum lipoprotein lipase (LPL) in patients of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its relation with paisoand cardiac function. Methods A total of 119 patients of DCM combined with T2DM were enrolled. The relation between level of serum LPL and patients' cardiac function was analyzed. Results High serum LPL levels were associated with lower left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), larger left ventricular diastolic diameter (LVDd), and higher NT-proBNP levels. Patients with grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ NYHA had higher levels of serum LPL than those with grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ NYHA. Conclusion High serum LPL level is associated with worse cardiac function in patients of DCM combined with T2DM. LPL may be a potential therapeutic target for patients of DCM combined with T2DM.
