西酞普兰片联合银杏叶胶囊治疗脑梗死后抑郁的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of citalopram tablets combined with ginkgo leaf capsules in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction

目的探讨西酞普兰片联合银杏叶胶囊治疗脑梗死后抑郁的临床疗效。方法 48例脑梗死后抑郁患者随机分为对照组(24例)和治疗组(24例),在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予氢溴酸西酞普兰片治疗,治疗组予氢溴酸西酞普兰片和银杏叶胶囊治疗,两组疗程均为8周。分别于治疗前和治疗后8周以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评定症状的严重程度,以HAMD减分率评定疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组间HAMD、NIHSS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中1例患者出现一过性不良反应:头晕和失眠。结论西酞普兰片联合银杏叶胶囊治疗脑梗死后抑郁疗效显著,患者神经功能恢复明显,且不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of citalopram tablets combined with ginkgo leaf capsules in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 48 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group （n=24） and treatment group （n=24）. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group received citalopram hydrobromide tablets, and the treatment group received citalopram hydrobromide tablets combined with ginkgo leaf capsules. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and national institute of health stroke scale （NIHSS） were applied to assess the severity of symptoms before the treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment. HAMD deduction rare was used to evaluate the curative effect. Results The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The differences of HAMD and NIHSS scores between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. There was 1 case with transient adverse reaction as dizziness and ahypnosis. Conclusion Citalopram tablets combined with ginkgo leaf capsules in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction has significant effect and few adverse reaction, it can also enhance neural function recovery.
