微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的预后影响因素分析

Affect factors analysis of prognosis of microvascular decompression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia

目的分析微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的预后影响因素。方法微血管减压术治疗的三叉神经痛患者168例纳入本研究,根据手术效果分为两组。其中一次治愈者130例纳入A组,需进行二次治疗者38例纳入B组。对比两组患者在临床资料方面的差异,以分析预后影响因素。结果采用微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛一次成功率为77.38%。与A组对比,B组患者年龄较大、病程较长、手术时间较长,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组患者性别比、体重发现,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛可以取得满意的临床效果,年龄、病程、手术时间等因素可影响患者预后,患者性别、体重等因素对手术效果无明显影响。

Objective To analyze the affect factors of prognosis of microvascular decompression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods A total of 168 Cases of trigeminal neuralgia treated by trigeminal neuralgia were divided into 2 groups according to operation effects, After one time of treatment, 130 cured cases were divided into group A, and 38 cases needed for secondary treatment were divided into group B. The differences of clinical data between the two groups were compared to analyze affect factors of prognosis. Results The first time success rate of microvascular decompression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia was 77.38%. Compared with group A, patients in group B had older age, longer course of disease, and longer surgical time. The differences between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference of gander and weight between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Microvascular decompression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia can provide satisfactory clinical effect. Age, course of the disease, surgery time can affect the prognosis, while gender and weight have no obvious influence on surgical effect.
