钢渣高性能混凝土抗冲耐磨性能试验 被引量:6

摘要 为有效利用大宗废料钢渣,设计制作了15组掺钢渣粉混凝土试件,试验研究钢渣粉掺量对混凝土的工作性能、力学性能及抗冲耐磨性能的影响极其作用机理。结果表明:钢渣粉可以改善混凝土的工作性能;在不同水胶比下,掺钢渣粉混凝土的早期强度均小于基准混凝土,钢渣掺量在10%~30%以内时,混凝土的后期强度与基准混凝土基本持平,且略有提高,钢渣掺量大于30%时混凝土的后期强度下降较大;采用水下钢球法测试混凝土28 d抗冲磨强度,得出钢渣掺量在10%以内时混凝土的抗冲磨强度比基准混凝土略有提高,当钢渣粉掺量大于20%时,混凝土的抗冲磨强度呈下降趋势。因此,钢渣粉作为混凝土掺合料时其掺量应控制在20%以内为宜。 In order to use a large amount of industrial waste more efficiently, 15 groups of concrete specimens with different contents of steel slag powder ( SSP) were designed and produced. An experimental study with a special emphasizes on the influence of SSP contents on the workability, mechanical properties, and abrasion resistance of concrete was carried out. The test results showed that the workability of concrete could be improved by steel slag powder, and in the different water glue ratio, the early strength of concrete with steel slag powder is less than the reference concrete. When the dosage of steel slag is within 10%-30%, the late strength of concrete with steel slag powder is approximately equal or slightly higher than the reference concrete. While the dosage of steel slag is greater than 30%, the late strength of concrete decreased greatly. In this experiment, the concrete's anti-abrasion strength of 28 day is tested by high-speed under water method. The results show that anti abrasion strength of concrete with steel slag powder increases slightly than the benchmark concrete when the steel slag content within 10%. When the steel slag is greater than 20%, the anti-abrasion strength of concrete decreased. Therefore, when the steel slag poses as admixture of concrete, the volume should be controlled within 20%.
