居家养老服务人才质量对居家养老服务需求的影响——基于城乡老年人调查的实证分析

The Influences of the Talents of Home Care Services on the Demand of the Home Care Services:Based on the Empirical Analysis of Urban and Rural Elderly People

居家养老是提升老年人生活质量,解决当下老年人养老问题的重要方式,长远来看,居家养老的发展必然会要求相应的人才建设。采用logit回归模型对调研资料进行分析,发现居家养老人才质量对老年人居家养老服务需求具有稳健的显著正向影响,即为老年人提供居家养老服务人才的质量越高,老年人参与居家养老服务的意愿越强。在总结结论的基础上,对居家养老服务人才质量缘何不佳进行了若干思考,并提出创造"尊重人才,尊重劳动"的社会氛围、完善培训激励机制等提升养老服务人才质量的对策。

Home care service for the elderly is an important method to improve life quality of the old and solve the problem of providing the aged.And in the long view,the development of home care service for the elderly will inevitably require the corresponding construction of talent.We used the logit regression model to analyze the research data,and found out that the quality of talents of home care service for the elderly has a robust,notable and positive influence on the demand of the home care services,which meant that the higher of the talents’quality was,the stronger of the willing of the old to participate in the home care service for the elderly would be.Based on the conclusions,we have thought about some reasons causing the bad quality of the talents of home care service for the elderly, we also put out some countermeasures on improving the quality of the talents of home care services for the elderly,such as creating an atmosphere that everyone respects talents and labor,optimizing the training incentive mechanism and so on.
