摘要
为满足矿井环境下的矿用设备可靠性极高的要求,本文介绍了一种专门用于提升矿用设备可维护性的组合机构,组合机构由平行四边形机构和滑块机构构成,实现了在有限空间范围内快捷、平稳地按照设定轨迹移动质量较大零部件的功能,通过提升设备的可维护性来提高设备可靠性。此外,还介绍了四杆机构静力分析方法,并运用Pro/E5.0机构模块对组合机构进行了动力学仿真分析。
To achieve high reliability of mining equipments, a combined mechanism working in mines is introduced in this paper to strengthen the maintainability of mining equipments. The combined mechanism is consisted of parallelogram mechanism and slide block mechanism, and it realizes steady and swift moving heavy object according to the scheduled trajectory within a limited space. It can strengthen equipments reliability by enhancing its maintainability. This paper also introduces the method of static analysis for four-link mechanism and analyses dynamics performance of the combined mechanism under the environment of Pro/E5.0 mechanism module~
