摘要
本文简单介绍了高吸水树脂活化油堵水机理,评价高吸水树脂吸水倍数以及吸水后凝胶的状态,120、160、340目高吸水树脂吸水性均较好,可吸收自身体积100倍以上的水;通过实验评价了采用脱水原油、乳化剂,在2%Y-1表面活性剂的条件下,不同高吸水树脂浓度的活化油堵水剂的粘温性及稳定性,结果表明0.3%、0.5%、0.8%、1%四种浓度下,在70°条件下,乳化液粘度达到8 000~12 000mpa.s,均可稳定粘度20天以上;通过高渗岩心模拟实验得出,高吸水树脂活化油堵水剂封堵率可达到98%以上,高吸水树脂活化油堵水剂能充分发挥活化油堵水技术控水增油的能力,又能很好的利用高吸水树脂吸水锁水的能力,从而实现高渗大孔道地层堵水的目的。
The particle briefly describes the superabsorbent oil shutoff mechanism of activation and evaluates supera- bsorbent gel after absorbing water absorption factor. The state of 120,160,340 superabsorbent absorbent mesh are good with the absorbing ability of more than 100 times. We also experimentally evaluated the dehydrated crude oil, emulsifiers, suffactants under the conditions of 2%, different concentrations of superabsorbent blocking agent acti- vation oil viscosity - temperature resistance and stability. The result shows that with the four concentrations of 0.3 %, 0.5%, 0.8%, 1% and under conditions of 70~, a viscosity of the emulsion gets 8 000 ~ 12 000mpas and can stabilize the viscosity of more than 20 days. Through hypertonic core simulation results, superabsorbent activated oil plugging agent plugging rate can reach more than 98%, high oil absorbent resin activated blocking agent can give full play to control water shutoff technology. The increasing oil capacity can activate the oil, but also makes good use of the high water absorption capacity of the resin absorbent lock, enabling the formation of hypertonic large pore plugging purposes.
