颅颌面坚强内固定(二十)颅颌面骨折内固定技术

摘要 颅颌面骨折是临床常见病和多发病,多由交通事故、工伤、坠落等引起.颅颌面骨折的治疗包括急救、复位、固定、抗感染及对症支持治疗等.在这些治疗措施中,固定是关键,固定可靠与否对治疗成败和效果有决定性影响.颅颌面骨骼结构复杂,需根据骨折的具体部位、类型、移位程度、承力等细节考虑,选择最佳的固定技术方能获得良好的固定,避免发生不良反应.在颅颌面骨折固定技术中,全负重和部分负重固定、拉力螺钉和固位螺钉固定、锁定和非锁定固定是易混淆的几个概念和技术,现简要介绍如下.
