高管团队组成特征与企业创新关系研究综述 被引量：2

摘要 高管团队的组成特征与运作过程如何影响企业的行为与绩效是组织理论的研究热点。本文基于文献综述视角,对高管团队组成特征的内容、结构与企业创新的关系机理进行梳理,并对社会网络视角下的这种关系研究提出展望。
