旅顺新市街近代建筑形态解析

The Form Style Analysis of Modern Architectures in the New District of Lv Shun(Arthur Port)

作为大连市历史文化街区之一,旅顺新市街有着丰厚的近代建筑遗存。本文以现场调研和理论研究为基础,从历史背景出发,对旅顺新市街近代建筑的总体风貌、特色进行了归纳。同时,参照当时世界近代建筑形式构成法则的传承与变迁,对新市街近代建筑的形态及其构成法则进行剖析,并归纳、提炼其形态特征,梳理、探寻其演化特点及其缘由。以期发掘其价值内涵,并为相关研究以及历史街区的更新提供参考依据。

From the end of 19th century to the start of 20th century, modern architecture experience the discussion between tradition and modernism. Some architects who have the spirit of inventing had been practicing new ideas. They created many new factors while inherited old formal language, and take them into new style by combination or restructure, then lasted the classical taste of contemporary architecture and formed some new characteristics, as one of the history districts of Dalian city, Lv Shun （Arthur port） have plenty of modern architectures which have been locating for almost 100 years. Taking the history background of this district as beginning, this article analysis the forms and their constitute regulation, sum up their characteristics, combine their developing clue. Meanwhile classify and evaluate these architectures by culture content, artistic and technology, then provide the reference for systematic study and the renovation of other history districts.
