和肽素是精氨酸加压素原蛋白结构C-端的一部分,与精氨酸加压素等量释放入血。近年来研究发现,和肽素在急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的发生、发展过程中扮演着重要的角色。本文将对和肽素在ACS诊断、治疗及预后中的作用进行综述。

Summary Copeptin, the C-terminal portion of provasopressin, is co-released into arginine vasopressin. Re- cent studies discovered that copeptin played a great role in the occurrence and development of acute coronary syn- drome（ACS）. The present review primarily focuses on the value of diagnosis, therapeutics and prognosis of copeptin in ACS.
