摘要
利用数据采集系统采集双相钢电阻点焊过程中的主要焊接参数,对双相钢电阻点焊过程中动态电阻曲线进行了研究。结果表明,双相钢点焊过程中材料的微观组织变化和焊接参数的变化对焊接过程中动态电阻有重要影响,且具有一定的规律性。发生焊接喷溅时动态电阻出现突降,这为焊接喷溅的识别提供了依据。掌握焊接过程动态电阻的变化规律可以预测焊接熔核的形成过程,实现对焊点质量的监测。
The welding parameters in the resistance spot welding (RSW) process of dual phase steel were collected by the data acquisition system. The results show that both the change of welding parameters and microstructure of material have important impact on the welding dynamic resistance and the impact obeys a certain regularity. A sharp drop in dynamic resistance can be used to identify the occurrence of welding spatter. So the regularity of the welding dynamic resistance can be used to forecast the process of forming the welding nugget and to monitor the quality of welding joints.
