摘要 反射式共聚焦显微镜(Reflectance Confocal Microscopy,RCM)是一种新型的光学显微技术,它具有实时、动态、无创及可重复等优点。本文就RCM在面部色素性皮肤病色素层次精确定位、鉴别诊断、疗效评估等方面做一综述。 Reflectance confocal microscopy （ RCM） as a new type of optical microscopy has the features of real-time,dynamic,non-invasive and repeatability. This review aims to summarize the application of RCM in precision location,differential diagnosis and efficacy assessment of facial pigmentary skin diseases.
