摘要
目的实现一种可穿戴式无线体域网系统。方法该系统根据可穿戴式技术可以实现一种低生理、心理负荷甚至无负荷状态下生理参数的获取的特点,设计了人体血压、指脉、皮肤电阻、呼吸和姿态等5个体征参数采集节点,并根据蓝牙组网技术实现了5个参数的组网能力。结果该系统完成了对人体的血压、指脉、皮肤电阻、呼吸和姿态等5个生理参数的采集;然后,通过蓝牙方式将采集到人体的体征参数发送到个人数据辅助(PDA)机;最后,通过无线服务技术(GPRS)实现与远程紧急救助服务器、医疗数据库服务器、医生服务器等联网。结论可穿戴式无线体域网系统保证了对人体体征参数实时、连续的采集与监测。
Objective To establish a wearable wireless body area network system. Methods Since physiological parameters could be obtained with wearable technology under the condition of low physical and mental load or no-load condition, a wearable wireless body area network system based on bluetooth networking technology was designed to achieve the network of 5 human physiological parameters included blood pressure, finger pulse, skin resistance, respiration and posture. Results Human body sign parameters such as blood pressure, pulse, skin resistance, respiration and posture were successfully collected with the system. The collected parameters were subsequently transmitted to terminal personal digital assistant(PDA) with the bluetooth mode, and finally, connected with the remote emergency server, medical database server, and doctor server through general packet radio service(GPRS). Conclusion It is demonstrated that the wearable wireless body area network system could ensure real-time, continuous collection and monitoring of the human sign parameters.
