补中益气汤不同黄芪药量对脾气虚大鼠糖代谢酶的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Different Astragalus Dosages in Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on Glycometabolic Enzymes of Rats with Spleen- qi Deficiency

摘要 目的:研究补中益气汤不同黄芪药量对脾气虚证大鼠糖代谢相关酶的影响。方法:采用"五味偏食+游泳力竭+控制饮食"多因素法建立脾气虚证大鼠模型,并随机分为补中益气汤组、2倍黄芪组、1/2倍黄芪组和脾气虚模型组,分别给予相应的药物治疗。观察各组大鼠生物学体征变化,比较各组大鼠肝组织GK酶及血清LDH、SDH和IDH酶活性差异。结果:与模型组比较,补中益气汤组大鼠血清LDH水平有所提高(P<0.05),肝组织GK活力有所降低(P<0.05),2倍黄芪组在LDH、GK活力方面亦有所改善,但没有补中益气汤明显,而1/2倍黄芪组则变化不大(P>0.05);各组大鼠血清SDH和IDH活性无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:补中益气汤能有效改善脾气虚证的无氧化代谢状况并调节机体葡萄糖水平。 Objective : To study the effect of different astragalus dosages in Buzhong Yiqi decoction(BZYQT) on glycometabolic enzymes of rats with spleen - qi deficiency. Methods: Rat models of spleen - qi deficiency were established by a combined method of administration of the liquor and vinegar, exhaustive strength swim- ming, and starvation. The model rats were randomly divided into a model group, a BZYQT group, a group of BZYQT with double Astraglus( double group) and a group of BZYQT with half Astraglus (half group ), and they were respectively given the medicine. In the experiments the physical sign was noted and the activity of GK in hepatic tissue, LDH,SDH and IDH in serum was detected. Results: Compared with the model group, other groups had some changes as follows: in rats of the BZYQT group, LDH in serum increased markedly (P 〈0. 05 ), GK in hepatic tissue decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; in the double group, the activity of LI)H and GK improved but less than that in the BZYQT group ; in the half group, the LDH and GK changed little (P 〉 0.05 ) ; simultaneously, the activity of SDH and IDH in serum had no statistic difference among groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : BZYQT can improve the anaerobic oxidative metabolism and regulate the glucose level of spleen- qi deficiency syndrome.
