摘要
随着现代医药学的发展和人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的患者期望用药能百分百有效和安全。药品相关基因的多态性以及患者基因的变异,是导致药物在不同患者上药效和副作用不尽相同的重要原因。因此药物基因组学的应用对促进个体化用药具有重大意义。
With the development of modern medicine and the improvement of living standards, more and more patients expect medication can absolutely effective and safe. Drug related gene polymorphisms and gene mutation are the important reasons for the drug efficacy and greater drug safety. So the application of pharmacogenomics plays an important role in promoting individualized medication.
