The large number of out patients and instruments used,the dispersion of saliva ,droplets, bleeding,fragments in the air in the diagnosis and treatment activities in the out palienut clinic of stomatology of hospital makes the hospital infection control more difficuhs and increased the rate of cross-infection. By analyzing the causes of injury and risk factors of endodontics staff occupational exposure, security measures in order to achieve the purpose of reducing endodontics nurses probability of occurrence of occupational hazards is discussed.
