1 000MW超超临界机组空冷支架结构设计选型研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON DESIGN SELECTION OF ACC STRUCTURE IN 1 000MW THERMAL POWER PLANT IN HIGH INTENSITY SEISMIC REGION

摘要 目前,300,600MW直接空冷机组基本采用空间钢桁架-钢筋混凝土管柱结构形式,结构的抗侧移刚度低、抗震防线单一。而1 000MW空冷机组平台高度更高,设备荷载更重及结构破坏造成的危害更大,传统结构形式已不适合高烈度区1 000MW机组。为了解决传统结构抗震设计弊端,提出高烈度地区1 000MW机组采用空间钢桁架+斜撑-钢筋混凝土管柱结构形式,并通过模型试验对其抗震性能进行验证。研究结果表明,空间钢桁架-斜撑-钢筋混凝土管柱结构受力合理、抗震性能良好,能更好地运用于大容量机组中,为高烈度区1 000MW机组结构选型提供参考。 At present, 300 MW and 600 MW air-cooling unit mainly adopt spatial steel truss and reinforced concrete tube column structure, whose lateral stiffness is small and lateral force resisting system is single. Compared with 300 MW and 600 MW unit, processing set-up of 1 000 MW unit has been changed because of increasing of the structure height and aggrandizing the risk of the structural deterioration. Traditional ACC structure is not suitable for 1 000 MW unit in high intensive seismic region. Based on the study, a spatial steel truss with steel brace-reinforced concrete tube column structure is recommended to be used in 1 000 MW unit in high intensive seismic region. The test results of seismic performance of the structure model show that new ACC structure can solve the problems such as oversize deflection and overrun horizontal displacement of the traditional support structure. New type structure is an appropriate structure with good seismic performance, which can he better used in 1 000 MW thermal power plant in high intensive seismic region.
