摘要
钢箱梁逐渐应用于改建火车站的进站天桥中。在火车站改建过程中,面临的最大难题是如何确保既有线路正常运营。通过亳州站进站天桥吊装施工,阐述钢箱梁进站天桥吊装技术。该技术通过对钢箱梁分段、按铁路货物运输规则对构件装车加固、吊装辅助用具计算、临时支撑设置、钢箱梁吊装时间控制等措施,实现对既有线路的安全防护,保证线路按时开通。
Steel box girder has been gradually applied to the reconstruction of station bridge. In the process of the station reconstruction, the most challenging problem is how to ensure the existing railway lines operate normally. This paper describes the hoisting technique for the steel box girder in the station bridge of Bozhou Railway Station. It implements the security protection of the existing railway lines and ensures that the lines open on time through the measures such as steel box girder segmentation, loading and fastening components according to the railway transportation regulation, calculation of auxiliary appliances for hoisting, the settings of temporary support and the time control for bridge hoisting.
