参蛤散对压力超负荷性大鼠心室重构的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过观察参蛤散对腹主动脉缩窄致压力超负荷大鼠左室重构心肌纤维化的影响,研究参蛤散干预压力超负荷大鼠心室重构的作用机制。方法:通过缩窄腹主动脉使外径狭窄至0.6 mm,导致心脏压力超负荷,逐步形成心室重构模型。给药30 d后观察各组左心室质量指数(LVMI),检测心肌基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及血清羟脯氨酸(Hyp)的变化,检测心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体(AT1R)、血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果:(1)腹主动脉缩窄可造成压力超负荷大鼠心室重构模型。参蛤散和卡托普利均能抑制大鼠左心室质量指数增加。(2)参蛤散能降低压力超负荷大鼠心肌组织AT1R、MMP-2及血清Hyp含量。(3)参蛤散能降低压力超负荷大鼠血清MDA的含量,升高血清SOD活性。结论:参蛤散能抑制RAS的激活,抑制胶原蛋白及基质金属蛋白酶的异常增加,改善氧化应激损伤,在一定程度上能够延缓或逆转压力超负荷大鼠心肌肥厚、心肌纤维化,从而起到抗心室重构的作用。
