摘要
目的:研究龙血竭、苦参、蜘蛛香的体外抑菌活性。方法:以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽胞杆菌和白念珠菌为实验菌株,采用固体培养基连续稀释法观察龙血竭、苦参、蜘蛛香体外抑菌活性。结果:龙血竭和苦参对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽胞杆菌和白念珠菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,对大肠埃希菌的抑菌作用较差;蜘蛛香对这3种细菌及白念珠菌均有较好的抑菌作用。结论:龙血竭、苦参和蜘蛛香对细菌和真菌在体外有一定的抑菌活性,有一定的开发前景。
Objective: To investigate the external bacteriostasis of Dragon's blood, Radix sophorae flavescentis and Valeriana jatamansi jones. Methods: Agar serial dilution assay was applied to detect the antibacterial action of the three traditional Chinese medicines. The microorganisms used in this ex- periment were Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. Re- sults: The Dragon's blood and Radix sophorae flavescentis had different levels of inhibition effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Candida albicans, but it showed weak inhibition effect on Escherichia coli ; the Valeriana jatamansi jones had good inhibition effect on all of the microorganisms. Conclusions: The three traditional Chinese medicines have external bacteriostasis effects on germ and fungus. They might have bright perspectives for infectious diseases.
