摘要
在溢流管直径Do和溢流管的伸入长度Lo均分别设定为10mm、20mm、30mm的条件下,利用有限元分析软件对脱气除砂三相旋流器溢流管直径、溢流管伸入长度进行数值模拟和比较分析。结合脱气、除砂的分离效率规律和压力分布规律,综合对旋流器分离性能的影响选择最佳结构参数,得到了合理的脱气除砂三相旋流器结构模型。
The overflow pipe diameter (Do) and the insertion length of overflow pipe (Lo) were respectively set to 10 mm,20 mm,and 30 mm.By using Fluent software,the desanding and degassing hydrocyclone's overflow pipe diameter and the insertion length of overflow pipe were analyzed and numerically simulated.Combined degassing with desanding separation efficiency and pressure distribution law,integrated on the separation performance of cyclone,the best structure parameters was chosen,then a reasonable structure model of the desanding and degassing hydrocyclone was obtained.
