摘要
针对某硫酸法烷基化装置处理段穿孔泄漏现象,通过比较不同处理段的操作温度和流速以及各混合点的腐蚀情况,分析了腐蚀穿孔的原因。结果表明,不同温度、不同流速的共同作用是该段发生严重腐蚀穿孔的原因。针对不同的腐蚀部位,提出了应对腐蚀的防护措施。
In a sulfuric acid alkylation unit process the perforation leakage phenomenon,through the comparison of different processing operating temperature and velocity,and the corrosion condition of mixing point,the reasons of corrosion perforation was analyzed.The results showed that different temperature and flow velocity is the function of the segment the cause of the serious corrosion perforation.In view of the different parts,the corrosion protection measures are put forward.
