使用10%葡萄糖酸钙减少剖宫产术中出血的临床观察

A clinical study on reduction of intraoperative bleeding in cesarean section by calcium gluconate

目的 探讨减少剖宫产术中出血的新方法。方法 12 0例孕妇剖宫产术前 15min外周静脉推注葡萄糖酸钙 10ml,观察术中子宫收缩情况及出血量 ,同时与对照组 13 0例剖宫产术孕妇比较。结果 研究组术中出血量较对照组少 3 7% ,催产素及麦角新碱的使用率均小于对照组 ,并且副作用少。新生儿预后两组无明显差异。结论 剖宫产术术前应用葡萄糖酸钙是减少术中出血的有效方法。

Aim: To study the effect of calcium gluconate on intraoperative bleeding in cesarean section.Methods:Ten mlcalcium(10%) was intravenated before peritoneum was incised in 120 women.The amount of intraoperate bleeding was measured,another 130 were selected as controls.Results:The amount of bleeding in calcium gluconate group was 190.5±95.1ml,wheresas 303.7±124.4ml repectively in the control.The difference was significant(P<0.01).However,perinatal prognosis was not satistically.The incidences of side effects in the study group was much less than that of the controls.Conclusion:Calcium gluconate is effective in reduction of intraoperate bleeding.
