康斯特保护液内的钠在小儿心脏外科的意义 被引量:1

摘要 2011年Kim等[1]的研究中描述了使用康斯特(HTK)心脏停搏液后小儿心脏病患者血钠浓度的波动情况。在其研究中回顾了628例小儿患者,其血钠水平下降幅度超过15 mmol/L,从而引起了血钠浓度的显著波动;研究同时指出18例患儿术后癫痫发作与血钠浓度显著减低之间是明显相关的。作者认为给予HTK液后引起严重的低血钠,随之在术后引发神经系统并发症。
