体外膜肺氧合患者营养支持进展 被引量:10

摘要 体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)是以体外循环系统为基本设备,采用人工心肺支持技术进行操作和管理的一种辅助治疗手段,可对危重症患者进行有效的呼吸和循环支持,近年来正得到广泛关注。ECMO患者病情严重,在ICU停留时间久,机体经历高度应激反应,在营养代谢、营养状态、营养需求和摄取途径等方面与普通患者有很大差异,因此,探究ECMO患者的营养支持特点,了解营养管理的措施对促进患者机体恢复举重要的临床意义。本文就ECMO营养支持的相券进展综述如下。
