生物农药“使命”对黄瓜防病促生的试验分析 被引量:2

摘要 在上海、江苏徐州、山东寿光等地,使用生物农药"使命"水剂进行黄瓜根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood)及混合性根病防治试验。结果显示:30 d时大棚土壤中相对虫口减退率可达75.35%,120 d时生防效果达70.13%;生物农药"使命"能够显著促进黄瓜生长,增加黄瓜产量17.44%。黄瓜蛋白质、维生素C、总糖含量等品质检测表明,"使命"处理组的黄瓜品质显著优于对照组。 The experiments for biopesticide “Mission”to control root knot nematode(Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood)and mixed root disease of cucumber were carried out in Shanghai,Jiangsu’s Xuzhou and Shandong’s Shouguang.The results showed that the nematode population in the soil of plastic house decreased by up to 75.35% at 30 days after treatment and the control efficiency reached 70.13% at 120 days after treatment;The biopesticide also significantly promoted cucumber growth and increased cucumber yield by 17.44%;The quality analysis in such as protein,vitamin C and total sugar contents indicated that the cucumber under the biopesticide treatment was significantly better than the control cucumber.
