摘要
利用质控数据即控制样检测的结果是评定不确定度的方法之一,与传统Bottom-up法相比,该方法不仅包含各种变异因素,还大大简化评定过程,减少计算量。本文探讨了利用质控数据评定不确定度的原理和过程,以及其在农产品中两种重金属检测中的应用。对于使用质控样进行日常监控的实验室来说,利用已经收集的质控数据进行不确定度评定,还可以大大节省单独评定不确定度所需的时间和物力成本。
The measurement of the control samples is an approach for uncertainty evaluation based on the quality control data.Compared with the traditional Bottom-up method,the above one not only includes the variance sources in a laboratory,but also simplifies the evaluation procedures and reduces the calculated amount.The principles and processes of the uncertainty evaluation method,and its ap-plication in agricultural products of two kinds of heavy metals detection are discussed.For the labora-tory using the quality control for daily monitoring,the method of uncertainty evaluation based on the quality control data can reduce the time and cost of a separate evaluation for uncertainty.
