百合属野生种和园艺品种的染色体核型

The karyotype of wild and horticultural varieties of lily

采用常规压片法,以东方百合品种"Berlin"和"Parasol"、亚州百合品种"Saniciro"、LA系列百合品种"Royal sunset"、百合野生种"大花卷丹"、湖北百合为材料,获得它们的染色体自然核型图,并参照国内外通用的核型分析标准,确定百合染色体的核型公式和类型.结果表明,供试百合染色体数均为二倍体,2n=2x=24.Berlin的核型公式为:2n=24=4m+18st+2sm;Parasol的核型公式为:2n=24=4m+10sm+8st+2t;Saniciro的核型公式为:2n=24=2m+2sm+10st+10t;Royal sunset的核型公式为:2n=2x=24=8sm+10st+6t;大花卷丹的核型公式为2n=2x=24=2sm(SAT)+10st(SAT)+12t(2SAT);湖北百合的核型公式为2n=2x=24=2sm+10st+12t.研究认为,2个东方百合品种为3B型,1个亚州百合品种为3A型,1个LA系列百合品种为4A型,2个野生百合种为4A型.

The karyotype of oriental lily hybrids ＂Berlin＂,＂Parasol＂,Asiatic lily hybrids ＂Saniciro＂,LA lily hybrids ＂Royal sunset＂,wild lily ＂Lilium leichtlinii Hook.f.var.maximowiczii （Regel） Baker＂ and ＂L.henryiBaker＂ were studied using traditional squash method.The results showed that the chromosome number of all tested material was 24.Karyotype formulas of Berlin,Parasol,Saniciro,Royal sunset,L.leichtlinii f.var.maximowiczii,L.henryiare respectively 2n =24 =4m ＋ 18st ＋2sm,2n =24 =4m ＋10sm ＋ 8st ＋ 2t,2n =24 =2m ＋ 2sm ＋ 10st ＋ 10t,2n =2x =24 =8sm ＋ 10st ＋ 6t,2n =2x =24 =2sm （SAT） ＋ 10st （SAT） ＋ 12t （2SAT）,2n =2x =24 =2sm ＋ 10st ＋ 12t.In this study,two oriental lily varieties are 3B,an Asiatic lily variety is 3A,LA lily variety is 4A,two varieties of wild lily also are 4A.
