Ⅰ型胶原/HA/rhBMP-2复合材料原位修复甲状软骨缺损的实验研究

摘要 目的:以Ⅰ型胶原、羟基磷灰石(HA)、重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2(rhBMP-2)为材料,制作人工材料支架修复兔甲状软骨缺损,寻求一种原位修复甲状软骨缺损的新途径。方法:实验动物分为3组,实验组以Ⅰ型胶原、HA、rhBMP-2为材料;对照组以Ⅰ型胶原、HA为材料,分别进行甲状软骨缺损的原位修复;空白组直接切除一侧甲状软骨。通过大体观察、组织学观察其修复效果。结果:Ⅰ型胶原/HA/rhBMP-2复合材料支架能够原位诱导成骨。结论:Ⅰ型胶原/HA/rhBMP-2复合材料可作为一种新型的、具有良好生物活性的材料为临床甲状软骨缺损的修复和重建打下基础。 Objective:TypeⅠcollagen,hydroxyapatite(HA),recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2(rhBMP-2)for the material,production of artificial scaffold repairing rabbit thyroid cartilage defects,seeking a new way of in situ remediation of thyroid cartilage defects.Method:Experimental animals were divided into three groups,the experimental groupⅠ collagen,HA,rhBMP-2for the material,the control groupⅠ collagen,HA for the material,respectively,of the thyroid cartilage defects in situ remediation;blank side with direct removal of the thyroid cartilage.By gross observation,histological its restorative effects.Result:Ⅰcollagen/HA/rhBMP-2situ composite scaffold can induce osteogenesis.Conclusion:Ⅰcollagen/HA/rhBMP-2composite materials can be used as a novel,biologically active material with good clinical thyroid cartilage defect repair and rebuild the foundation.
