异种(牛)脱细胞真皮基质在喉部分切除术中应用的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨异种(牛)脱细胞真皮基质在喉癌喉部分切除术中的应用及术后修复喉部组织缺损的临床效果。方法:收集应用异种(牛)脱细胞真皮基质修复喉组织缺损的58例喉癌患者资料,对术后喉部创面愈合情况、患者吞咽功能、呼吸功能及发声功能的恢复情况进行随访观察。结果:分别于术后1、2、3个月随访,58例患者喉腔修复创面无明显瘢痕及挛缩,无排异反应发生,进食正常,顺利拔管,均能恢复发声功能。结论:应用异种(牛)脱细胞真皮基质修复喉部分切除术中的组织缺损,能促进上皮形成,减轻瘢痕生成,有利于喉功能恢复,临床效果满意。 Objective:To study the value of heterogeneity(cattle) acelluar dermal matrix in partial laryngecto- my in clinic. Method:Fifty eight patients undergoing partial laryngectomy, using heterogeneity aeelluar dermal ma- trix,were retrospectively reviewed. The follow-up study of postoperative laryngeal wound healing condition, pa-tients'swallowing function, respiratory function and pronunciation function was proceeded. Result: No adverse com- plain was reported during 1-3 months postoperative follow-up of 58 cases with laryngeal tissue patch graft for wound healing reparation. The swallowing function and respiratory function of patients recovered well. Conclusion: The application of acelluar dermal matrix in partial laryngectomy can shorten epithelialization time and get satisfied results.
