摘要
根据码垛作业的实际需求,创新火车码垛装车新工艺,确定码垛机器人的选型及布置方式。根据铁路发运要求及车型的不同,设计多种码垛方案和自动切换码包方案。通过Device Net控制网络进行干涉区预判,实现6台机器人协同高效码包作业。
As a new technology innovation train pallet loading, the operator of terminal selectes and arranges the palletizing robot in line with the actual needs of stacking. A variety of stacking models are designed on the basis of the railway and the different enviroment by Device Net control network in the interest of using six robots working efficiently.
