摘要
介绍某港口机械产品臂架的主筒焊接工艺方案,研制专用工艺装备,如专机进行主筒组对、内焊和外焊,改进焊接方法,采用双枪自动焊接,从而减少臂架主筒焊接质量隐患,有效提升焊接效率,改善作业环境。
The program of port machinery of cantilever mainbarrel commonly occurred in mainbarrel jointing, inside welding and outside welding as the forming process of improving welding methods is introduced. The double-welding-gun is used to cut down probable accidents and efficiency of mainbarrel is improved.
